Many a player has said a silent amen when they have safely navigated the stretch that make up the most famous trio of golf holes in Major Golf Championships.
The second half of #11, the par-3 #12 and the first half of #13 make up what, noted golf writer Herbert Warren Wind immortalized “Amen Corner”
If a player can safely play these three holes at par or better, they can offer up a silent prayer of thanks.
