Talking Golf With The Golf Guy-Season 4 Episode 2 Wednesday At The Masters-Honorary Starters

The 2019 Masters begins tomorrow morning at 8:15 am when Jack Nicklaus and Gary Players will hit the opening shots to start the festivities.

The Masters is all about tradition and Honorary Starters have been around since 1963 when Jock Hutchinson and Fred McLeod hit the first shots to begin the tournament.

Only nine men have had the distinction of serving as Honorary Starters but their combined record is legendary. Between those nine they have a total of 57 Majors Championships and 19 Masters Titles.
